• Guerbet collects your name, if you are healthcare professional, your license ID, your specialty, your contact information, and any communication related to the project(s) submitted for being granted.
• Your personal data are collected and processed by Guerbet for the management of any initiated investigator study, educational grant or non-clinical research project you are involved in and that was submitted for grant to Guerbet.
• We could possibly use this information for further collaboration with Guerbet and will keep this information until the statutes of limitation expire.
• You have the rights to access the personal information collected, request rectification or deletion, object the processing, withdraw your consent for the processing and request the transfer to another organization in a machine-readable form. This information may be needed for compliance reporting purpose to the health authorities during the collaboration. In that case, you should exercise your rights in the limitation of compliance reporting purpose.
